Cabo Polonio is made of cotton fields, large sand dunes, ocean waves and marijuana plantations - Uruguay is the only country of South America to legalize weed. In this hippie seaside village, there is few electricity, few water and no rigid buildings. To sleep, chose one of the small hotels in the dunes, with hammocks and guitars… By night, reach the cute restaurants and coffee huts…
